Disk Lathe

DBL 4000 is specialized in resurfacing Disk.

As the disks are resurfaced separate from vehicles, the conditions of the disk, can be diagnosed accurately. Simple operation allows easy and safe resurfacing for anybody.

Resurfacing non-hub disk rotor and hub disk rotor.

(APPLICATION CARS : PASSENGER CAR, VAN, FWD SUV, 1TON ~ 3.5TON)

This lathe is only for the purpose of brake resurfacing. It can provide vibration diminution effect and precise resurfacing condition because it was manufactured same strong casting as DBL-5000.

Can resurface Passenger car, a Front & Rear disk, punching hole type disk and oblique line disk .

Can resurfacing SUV, VAN, Light Truck, Heavy Truck, Hub rotor.

Using Main body and sliding body processed precise casting and can be used permanently without influenced by surrounding temperature.

Equipped with auto-limit switch allows to use safe and built in bolt and nut available to control gap.

Built in guide shim guarantee unchangeable precision after long-use.
